Apstrakt:
Serbian food and nutrition have been dynamically changing throughout history, reflecting the diversity of localities and their inhabitants, but even more the periods of prosperity and poverty, affected by natural causes and human-related circumstances. Serbian local cuisine has never become well-known as other European national cuisines, but it is still appealing and healthy in its original version.
