Apstrakt:
Hotel business service refers to the type of hotel service provided to hotel guests who travel for business purposes. There are substantial differences among the two major groups of travellers, i.e. leisure travellers and business travellers. The major differences between these two categories include: information search behaviour, hotel selection criteria and preferences for hotel attributes (Radojevic et al., 2018). Accordingly, hotel business service can be understood as the type of service tailored to fit the preferences of business guests in a hotel. Business guest is an individual who is self-employed or employed within an organisation and who is undertaking a trip for business purposes.
