Apstrakt:
Adjustment of the companys products and services offer to the market changes, more exactly, a new product of tourism industry, is treated as a source of competitive advantages. Management of the development process and introducing a new product into the services offer and on the market are becoming the key marketing activities of modern tourism company that strives not only to keep but also to expand its market position. Therefore, if tourism product of Serbia should be successfully positioned and competitive on the international market, it is necessary to define tourism development priorities and this is the main topic of this work.
