Apstrakt:
Tourist enterprise assimilates and executes specific business policy with the aim to fulfill certain financial results as well as to direct its development to the most convenient direction by managing suitable market share. Therefore, tourist enterprise takes particular actions and procedures to provide development according to the tendencies in its surrounding. Tourist enterprise has to assimilate the plan and dynamism of fulfilling strategic, tactful and operational decisions as a precondition of effective executing of assimilated strategies which imply repositioning. The aim of this paper is to research and perceive the main attributes of strategic planning in tourism.
