Apstrakt:
Managers determine which rules apply to people who work within the organizational structure, with authority and power that belong to them by position. Formal authority is a kind of power that is associated with organizational structure and management. However, these two terms, the authority and power, they intertwined. The efficiency of managers arising from its authority depends on his skills and understanding of the use of power. One of the key decisions for the organization or company is the way in which the formal authority will be distribute to all instances of the organizational structure. Modern business tourist companies, need a new approach to the management and control. Today is not enough to control, issue instructions and tasks, define the duties and responsibilities of each offender, tourist companies need a new role of manager, which means that they need managers who inspire, lead, create a vision and encouraging employees to act, which is the theme of this work.
