Liberalization of electricity market considering unbundling of electricity activities and introduction of competition in segment of production and supply of electricity (retail and wholesale). Because of monopolistic characteristics network activities (transport, distribution and system operations) are still regulated activities. Regulation of electricity sector covering regulation of prices, quality of supply and regulation of electricity market. The paper will be focused on price regulation and analysis of regulation model which is implemented in Serbia.
