Architecture and Functional Description of Virtual Research Laboratory

The idea for a webbased virtual research laboratory as a multinational specialized environment in the field of electronic and computer technologies is discussed. The goal of the article is to present the results of the architectural design and the functional description of the information service by using DFD model and UML activities diagram. In this reason the purpose of the integrated modules is defined and problems of the right management and distributed access (authorization, authentication, request analyzing, etc.) are discussed.
