Apstrakt:
The given article considers the development problems of scientific-technical progress and shows main directions related to the improvement of innovation policy. The relevance of the issue is preconditioned by the need to upgrade the system of organization of scientific research and apply its achievements, establish technological parks, and undertake a technical and technological upgrade of all levels of industry based on the application of the up-to-date inventions.
