Apstrakt:
This article presents the outcomes from experimental investigation of the using lubricants influence upon roughness obtained in burnishing of external cylindrical surfaces carried out by means of adding rotations around crossed axes. On the basis of obtained results an appropriate lubricant has been chosen for fulfilling an experiment aiming determination the influence of the number of passes upon roughness and microhardness obtained. The burnishing process has been carried out by means of singleroller device allowing crossing the rollerworkpiece axes and fixing a given crossing angle.
