Apstrakt:
In my study, I aim to present the damage resulting from crimes through a specific lens. I describe the special framework for interviewing persons requiring special treatment in criminal proceedings, including child victims of sexual abuse. I discuss the applicable interviewing technique. By applying this technique, while the impact of the damages caused to the child's physical, psychological, and intellectual development by the crime cannot be neutralized, secondary victimization can be avoided.
