Apstrakt:
The paper examines the determinants of capital structure, i.e. level of the leverage of hotels operating in the Republic of Serbia. The study nvestigates the influence of six determinants that have been identified as significant according to the pecking order hypothesis and the static trade-off model. The research was conducted on a sample of 37 hotels from 2012 to 2022. The findings indicate that all determinants, except non-debt tax shields, have a statistically significant impact on the capital structure of hotels.
