Apstrakt:
Stakeholder analysis is a useful tool for strategic planning of an organisation and in this paper we will conduct the stakeholder analysis and stakeholder mapping for the Museum of Vojvodina in Novi Sad, which is one of the most popular attractions among cultural tourists visiting Novi Sad. The analysis of the tourist potential of the Museum of Vojvodina based on the opinions of the members of the focus group (experts from culture and tourism sectors) will be presented here.
