Apstrakt:
Cultural tourism is a fun and educational experience that combines art, natural and cultural heritage with history. This type of tourism is a tourist choice that educates people on art, architecture and history and refers to a particular destination. Cultural tourism is a mosaic of localities, traditions and artworks that portray the nation and people, reflecting diversity in their characters. Today, culture occupies an increasing share in the gross domestic product due to the increasing standard of population. Cultural tourism is a form of tourism that aims to reveal to tourists the monuments and sites. The World Tourism Organization defines cultural tourism as a journey of a person of cultural motives: a study trip, a trip for visiting various artistic events, cultural tours, festivals, visiting places and monuments for the study of folklore. Dojran is a historic town in the southeastern part of the Republic of Macedonia on the shores of Dojran Lake, which was destroyed in the First World War when it numbered as many as 18,000 inhabitants. The center of the municipality is the village of Star Dojran.
