Apstrakt:
Thermoelectric sensor based on solid solutions (Ag2Te)1-х(CdTe)x;(0,00≤х≤0,08) for determination of small temperature differences and gradients was developed. The solid solution with composition Ag1,84Cd0,08Te showed the best thermoelectrical properties (α=113,6 μV/K; σ=2198 S/cm; λ=2,70.10-2 W/(cm.K); z= 1,051.10-3 K-1 - at Т=300 К). The sensor works in the temperature range of 250-400 K, which is divided in two sub-ranges: 250–300 К and 300-400 К, due to the presence of maximum in the α(Т) dependence at T=300 К.. It is established that the possibilities of Ag2Te do not end with the Ag2-2хCdхTe solid solutions, which supposes widening of the investigations spectrum towards both finding of new solid solutions and improving the properties of Ag1,84Cd0,08Te.
