Apstrakt:
One of the basic problems related with occupational psychology is related with the personal motivation in the contemporary company environment. The motivated personnel are a prerequisite for achieving a high effectiveness, success, productivity and low staff flow. The motivation system must be based on the personal needs, the needs of group of people or the company itself.
