Apstrakt:
Complex social processes pronounced in modern society determine changes in the view towards an organization, the need to describe it not just in economic terms, but to evaluate all relationships formed in it – culture, social values, hierarchy etc. Which term would be the best to describe the relationship formed and would involve this entire spectrum? The term “organizational philosophy” is polysemous. This article analyzes how organizational philosophy, which discusses the practical problems of society, can be understood by its old conception – by way of its public manifestation, how philosophy is applied in everyday life, attempting to explain practical problems of the society’s functioning.
Ključne reči: organizational philosophy, society, practical philosophy, sophistry, functioning of the organization
