Apstrakt:
A retrospective analysis of innovation policy and strategy of the country was made against the backdrop of a global economy and the status of micro, small and medium enterprises in this publication. An innovation index of Bulgarian enterprises was adopted for the main criteria and indicators. The relationship has been made between the state of innovation potential and intellectual capital to micro, small and medium enterprises and the state of DNMA companies in their balance sheets. Based on data from NSI has made a comparative analysis of DNMA for different types of businesses over the past five years. Described trends are detected. Conclusions and conclusions are made.
