Apstrakt:
The thesis analyses the influence of insurance on the stock exchange. Nowadays this influence increases in fact of globalization because the financial capital could flow from each financial sector to another. It underlines with high movement and liquidity of capital. The development of the Ukrainian stock exchange will highly depends on the situation in the insurance market.
