Apstrakt:
Setting of the parameters in drafting zone at the ring spinning frame (roller settings and top arm pressures) have a great impact on the behavior of the fibers in threads and, on the yarn evenness too. This paper reported an experimental study for optimization of the cotton yarn quality depending on the drafting settings by using an original software namely STATMFD (Statistical Analysis with MultiFactorial Design).
