About Possibilities of Applying the Injection Moulding Method in Tooling Produciton

Apstrakt:
The present article is an introduction of innovative method for producing ready parts and workpieces by MIMtechnology. There is being made a technical survey about the methods for preparing workpieces in toolmaking, and also a comparative analysis of this method and the conventional methods. In addition there is a display of possible defects by preparing workpieces and of their probable reasons, and their elimination during processing. An overall description of the technological process for producing tools workpieces is being presented.
