Structural State of Titanium Tubes After Low Temperature Tempering

Apstrakt:
Data of the structural state of titanium tubes from TiAl alloy in the condition of delivery and after tempering heat treatment are presented. Tempering regimes at temperatures lower than the temperature of phase transformation are studied, by which improvement of tube plasticity is achieved. Results of the influence of the tempering temperature and retention time on the structure and properties of the material immediately after tempering are received.
