Apstrakt:
Abstract: Wide range of modern IT application in economics has a significant impact on the labourlabour market. This analysis is directed towards the key transformational processes on/in the labourlabour market, which are the result of the Internet development. Some of the featured trends are: changes present in necessary education requirements and workforce structure, required working hours, wages and methods of finding new employees and jobs. The analysis would also include changes made in the form of institution influences in the labourlabour market. Finally, all the evidences are applied to Serbian labour market and improvement potential of labour market outcomes.
